Terms & Policies

Please read these policies carefully before using our services.

01

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the VISITNUSA website, booking platform, and all travel-related services offered, including tours, activities, transportation, and attraction tickets. By accessing our website or completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of booking.

VISITNUSA operates as a hybrid tour operator and travel booking platform. Depending on the selected product, VISITNUSA may act either as the principal organizer of curated travel experiences or as a facilitator coordinating services delivered by independent third-party providers such as drivers, guides, and attraction operators. While VISITNUSA manages booking arrangements and coordination, certain operational aspects are performed by third-party service providers.

We strive to ensure that all information presented on our website, including pricing, availability, and itinerary details, is accurate and up to date. However, such information may change due to operational conditions, seasonal factors, or third-party provider adjustments. VISITNUSA reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to services or itineraries when necessary to ensure proper execution of the experience.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information and ensuring timely arrival at pickup locations. Failure to do so may result in service disruption or cancellation without eligibility for refund.

All bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received. VISITNUSA reserves the right to cancel any unpaid or suspicious booking. Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or unauthorized payments may result in cancellation and restriction of future use of the platform.

For selected tours, VISITNUSA offers a flexible payment option where customers may pay fifty percent (50%) of the booking amount upfront, while the remaining balance is paid directly to the driver or service provider. Failure to complete the remaining payment may result in cancellation without refund of the initial payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VISITNUSA shall not be liable for any delay, injury, loss, or damage arising from third-party providers, force majeure events, or external circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the affected booking.

All intellectual property on this website belongs to VISITNUSA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

02

PRIVACY POLICY

VISITNUSA collects personal data provided during booking, including contact details, booking information, payment details, and necessary identification documents. We may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage behavior through cookies.

Personal data is used solely for booking processing, service delivery, customer support, and service improvement. VISITNUSA does not sell personal data to third parties.

Personal data may be shared only with trusted service providers involved in fulfilling the booking, such as drivers, guides, operators, and payment processors.

Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

04

DATA PROCESSING (DPA)

VISITNUSA processes personal data strictly for operational purposes including booking management, service coordination, and customer communication. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers under confidentiality obligations.

Reasonable technical and organizational security measures are applied to protect personal data. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed in digital environments. Data is retained only as long as necessary for legal and operational purposes.

05

BOOKING POLICY

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment or required deposit has been successfully received.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are accurate. VISITNUSA shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers are required to arrive at the designated pickup point at least ten (10) minutes before the scheduled departure time. Drivers or guides may wait up to fifteen (15) minutes. Failure to arrive on time may result in a no-show status.

Certain tours or activities may require additional information such as passport details or pre-registration in accordance with attraction or regulatory requirements. Failure to provide such information may result in cancellation without refund.

All bookings are subject to availability. If a service cannot be confirmed, VISITNUSA will offer an alternative date, a comparable experience, or a full refund.

06

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their booking by submitting a request through VISITNUSA’s official communication channels.

Cancellations made more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the experience will be eligible for a seventy-five percent (75%) refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time will be eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time, as well as any failure to appear at the designated meeting point or pickup location (no-show), will not be eligible for any refund.

For clarity, the scheduled start time refers to the official departure or pickup time confirmed in the booking voucher.

07

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the applicable Cancellation Policy and are only issued where eligibility requirements are met.

In cases where VISITNUSA or its partner providers cancel an experience due to weather conditions, operational limitations, safety concerns, or force majeure events, guests will be entitled to either a full refund or an alternative arrangement, depending on availability.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions, typically ranging from seven (7) working days for domestic transactions to up to fourteen (14) working days for international transactions.

Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for partially used services, voluntarily unused services, or services forfeited due to late arrival or no-show.

08

PAYMENT GUIDE

Indonesia operates primarily on a cash-based economy outside major urban and hospitality centers. While digital payments are increasingly available, guests should be prepared for situations where cash remains the primary accepted method of payment.

Guests are strongly advised to carry sufficient Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) in appropriate small denominations to ensure convenience during their journey, particularly in rural areas, local markets, and small food establishments.

Credit cards are commonly accepted in hotels, restaurants, and established tourism businesses. However, many local vendors, traditional eateries, and remote destinations may not support card payments.

VISITNUSA shall not be responsible for any inconvenience, additional cost, or limitation arising from the unavailability of cash withdrawal services, card acceptance, or payment infrastructure outside of its platform.

09

CURRENCY INFORMATION

The official currency of Indonesia is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All prices displayed on the VISITNUSA platform are quoted in IDR unless otherwise stated.

Currency exchange rates may fluctuate, and any conversion rates applied by banks, payment gateways, or card providers are beyond the control of VISITNUSA.

Guests using international payment methods may be subject to additional foreign exchange fees or bank charges depending on their financial institution.

VISITNUSA does not assume responsibility for any differences between displayed pricing and final charged amounts resulting from currency conversion or third-party processing fees.

For a seamless travel experience, guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the local currency before arrival.
